2. User Registration & Account Management
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Minors may use the site only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. You are responsible for updating your information to keep it accurate.
2.2 Account Security

2.3 Account Restrictions
Your account is personal and non-transferable. It may not be assigned, rented, or sold to others. If your account remains inactive for over 12 months, we reserve the right to disable certain functions or clear expired coupons and points with prior notice.
3. Products & Orders
3.1 Product Information
While we strive to provide accurate product details, pricing, and availability, occasional errors or delays may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund. Product images are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly.
3.2 Order Confirmation & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract becomes effective once we confirm your payment and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues, with a full refund provided.
3.3 Payment Terms
Payments must be made using accepted payment methods such as credit/debit cards or third-party payment platforms. Orders may be canceled if payment fails. If a payment has been made but not registered in our system, please contact customer service with proof of payment. We will investigate and resolve the issue within three (3) business days.
3.4 Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be shipped to the address you provide. Estimated delivery times are listed on product pages and may vary due to logistics or force majeure. You or your authorized recipient should inspect the product upon receipt. Please refuse delivery and contact us immediately if there are issues such as damage, incorrect items, or missing products. Signing for delivery without objection will be deemed as acceptance of the goods in good condition, unless otherwise proven.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following behaviors:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information;
- Placing malicious or excessive orders, exploiting discounts, or repeatedly canceling orders to disrupt normal operations;

- Engaging in unlawful activities such as fraud, money laundering, or distribution of malware;
- Interfering with the website's operation (e.g., bot attacks, overloading servers).
Violations may result in account suspension, cancellation of orders, or legal action where applicable.
5. Our Rights & Responsibilities
5.1 Our Rights
- Modify or remove products or content that violate laws or our policies;
- Temporarily suspend services for maintenance or regulatory reasons (with at least 24 hours' notice where feasible);
- Report illegal activity and cooperate with law enforcement agencies;
- Update our services, policies, or features in line with business needs.
5.2 Our Responsibilities
- Maintain service continuity and provide customer support 7 days a week (Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, weekends/holidays: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, China Standard Time / GMT+8);
- Protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (see Privacy Policy);
- Ensure transparent display of product pricing, payment terms, shipping methods, and after-sales policies.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Flramdor website, including trademarks, logos, designs, source code, and product images, are the exclusive property of Flramdor and may not be used without written permission.
- By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Flramdor a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, or promote this content on our website or marketing materials. You retain your moral rights to attribution and modification.
- If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please contact our support team with valid documentation. We will review and act promptly upon verification.
7. Disclaimer
- We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages).
- We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers, such as payment gateways or shipping companies, though we will assist with dispute resolution.
- Decisions made based on product descriptions (e.g., ingredients, functionalities) are your sole responsibility. We do not guarantee product suitability beyond what is stated.
- Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, Flramdor is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from your use of the website or services.
8. Service Modification & Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time by navigating to "Settings > Account Security > Cancel Account." Upon cancellation, you forfeit any unused benefits such as points or coupons, unless otherwise specified.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services under the following conditions:
- Serious or repeated violation of these Terms;
- Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations;
- Business discontinuation, in which case we will notify users at least 30 days in advance to allow for order processing or refunds.
9. Miscellaneous
- We may amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect once posted on this website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
- If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
